Your Third Party Administrator manages your personnel and drug test data online through a secure environment that keeps your data safe. Using an Online application provides a seamless exchange of information between the Collector, Lab, MRO, TPA and you, the employer. You can manage your drug and alcohol test results and other information from any computer with an Internet connection.

NOTE: Access is protected with unique user IDs and passwords and data transmissions are completely secure using 128 bit https encryption technology. You know you're using a secure connection when the address to the webpage is prefixed with HTTPS. NOTE: Employee IDs are encrypted before they're written to the database.
Recently released drug and alcohol tests results are immediately available for your review as soon as your TPA or MRO releases the results. Once results are released, you can generate summary reports.
Random Selections: Every random selection generated for each personnel pool managed in your account, including the employees selected, can be reviewed. Resources are provided to print Notification letters regarding employee's responsibilities for compliance with mandated drug testing or with your company's drugfree workplace policies.
Manage personnel lists: You can edit your personnel rosters; add, edit and remove personnel. You can import (upload) personnel data if your data is in an electronic format; Excel, Access, HR Management.
After you login, click the HELP options to learn how manage personnel, review and acknowledge test results, review random selections and print employee notification letters.
